TOSA/ROSA

TOSA/ROSACyOptics’ 2.5G Transmit Optical Sub-Assemblies (TOSA) are compliant to the existing Multi- Source Agreement (MSA) for 2.5G TOSAs, while the 10G variants are compliant to the XMD MSA. With class-leading electro-optic performance and exceptionally low power consumption, these TOSAs are designed for integration into SFP, SFP+ and XFP and other transceiver and transponder modules, as well as optical line cards addressing Metropolitan Network applications. 10G APD and PIN ROSAs with high sensitivity have also been developed for use in XFP and other applications to >11Gb/s (FEC) rates. CyOptics’ portfolio of TOSAs is broadened through its 1.3 µm uncooled 10G Fabry-Perot (FP) and Direct Modulated (DML) lasers for wide-temperature Time-Division-Multiplexing (TDM) and Coarse-wavelength-Division-Multiplexing (CWDM) applications in Access, Metro and LAN/Datacenter applications.
