Wafer/Chip Fab

CyOptics manufacturing facilities include a fully operational world class Indium Phosphide wafer fab with six in-house MOCVD reactors for wafer growth and regrowth to support all of our internal product requirements as well as our foundry customer needs. Our extensive wafer characterization capabilities insure high quality material. CyOptics wafer fabrication facility offers the full complement of processing capabilities and our highly automated chip fab provides high quality, repeatable results.
